Gray and Fay Return & Exchange Policy

If something’s not quite right, we’re happy to help you with a return or exchange.

Returns:

Returns are accepted within 30 days of fulfillment for U.S. customers. Items must be unused, unwashed, with tags attached, and in original packaging.

To start a return or exchange, email us at support@grayandfay.com with your order number (found in your confirmation email or on the shipping label).

Please note: As a small business, we charge a fee for return shipping labels.

Exchanges:

We offer exchanges for new, unworn/unused items in a different size or color of the same style and price. Once we receive and approve your return, we’ll issue store credit via e-gift card so you can place a new order.

Important Notes:

  • Items marked final sale, purchased during a flash sale, or 30% off or more are not eligible for return or exchange.
  • Sale items are final sale.
  • Beach umbrellas and chairs are not returnable due to high shipping costs.

Damaged or Wrong Items:

Please inspect your order when it arrives. If something’s wrong or damaged, contact us right away at info@grayandfay.com so we can make it right.

Refunds:

Once your return is received and approved, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method. Please allow up to 10 business days for it to show up on your account.
